Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day
on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Lagøn, Wedauerstraße 37, 40885 Ratingen, Germany, email: info@lagon-shop.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., via email).
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although this is not required.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery we offer), without delay and at the latest within five working days after the returned goods have been received by us.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Upon request, we can provide you with a return label; the cost of €3.95 will be deducted from your refund amount.
Please note:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods

that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons and whose seal has been removed after delivery, or

that have been manufactured according to customer specifications.
