1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop lagon-shop.com.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the products contained in your shopping cart.
Confirmation of receipt of your order is sent immediately after submission via an automated email.
A purchase contract is only concluded once we send the shipping confirmation.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are stated in Euros (€) and include the statutory value-added tax.
Shipping costs may apply and will be clearly displayed during the ordering process.
In the case of returns, the return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Delivery

We deliver within Germany and to selected EU countries.
Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days (Germany) or 5–10 business days (EU) after receipt of payment.
If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will inform you via email as soon as possible.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are available in our shop:

  • Shopify Payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)

Your account will be charged immediately after completing the checkout process.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
You can find the detailed instructions in our Cancellation Policy.

8. Returns

Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The goods must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags.
You can request a return label through our customer service; the cost of €3.95 will be deducted from your refund.
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, the refund will be issued within 5 working days.

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions apply.
If a product is defective, please contact us immediately at contact@lagon-shop.com — we will find a fair solution.

10. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
In such cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage.

11. Copyright

All content, images, and texts on lagon-shop.com are protected by copyright.
Any use without our explicit permission is not permitted.

12. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

13. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
